DMV REQUIRED RE-EXAMINATION COURSE:
As of July 1, 2008, anyone failing the DMV behind-the-wheel driving
test or the DMV general knowledge test 3 times will be required to
attend school and successfully complete classroom training and/or
behind-the-wheel training as provided by DMV Certified driving
schools.

                                             RE-EXAMINATION FEES;
                        Classroom..................$300.00
                        Behind-The-Wheel.....$650.00

  The following is required:

     If you failed the written exam, you will be required to take an approved
30 hour (36 - 50 minute sessions) of approved classroom instruction.

     If you failed the in car test you will be required to take 11 1/2 hours
(14 - 50 minute sessions) of approved hands on behind-the-wheel instruction.

Both classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction must be from an approved
DMV Certified Driving School.
